Contentment in Faith: Philippians 4:12-13

“I know both how to make do with little, and I know how to make do with a lot. In any and all circumstances I have learned the secret of being content - whether I am well fed or hungry, whether in abundance or in need. I am able to do all things through him who strengthens me.”

We are always searching and wanting more. Always on the go wondering what is next…never taking time to just be in the moment or as Paul wrote, content. Social media has given this false perspective of searching for more or what is next, and the truth is God called us to be content whether we have a lot to give, or nothing. He has given us the strength through Christ to become content in our faith no matter the circumstances. Let us do a better job of being more present and content in both our faith and our everyday lives!
