The Vision
A world where every person — athlete or not — discovers their God-given potential, embraces the hard work, and rises to a level of health and strength they never thought possible.
Clay Mitchell - Founder
My name is Clayton Mitchell a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, former college baseball player, and now a hybrid and endurance athlete — but more than anything, I'm someone who has lived the journey.
I've tried it all. Every training style — athletic performance, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and now hybrid and endurance training. Every diet — keto, high protein, bulking, whole foods. And through all of it, I kept coming back to the same truth: the goal is to be functional, healthy, and strong for life. That's what I build my coaching around.
My story isn't a straight line. My junior year of high school, I lost over 30 pounds in just a few months — a turning point that changed how I saw myself and what I was capable of. I've gained and lost weight again since then, but I've spent the last year maintaining a healthy weight that works for me and the way I train. I know what it feels like to struggle, to start over, and to keep going anyway.
I played baseball at the national level for five years and went on to play at the collegiate level. That competitive background shapes how I coach — I understand what it takes to perform, to push through, and to show up when it's hard. Whether you're an athlete training for your sport, chasing a Hyrox finish line, trying to lose weight, build muscle, or simply get healthy — I can meet you where you are.
My approach is simple: train hard, eat mostly whole foods, stay consistent, and trust the process. And through all of it, my faith is the foundation. I believe God has placed more capability inside each of us than we give ourselves credit for — and my job is to help you find it.
I've been coaching since Spring 2025, and every day I get to do this is a privilege. If you're ready to do hard things, I'm ready to help you get there.
Core Values
-
Faith
Everything we do is rooted in the belief that God has placed more inside of us than we realize. Faith is the foundation — it fuels the discipline, the resilience, and the purpose behind every rep, every mile, and every goal.
-
Family
We don't do this alone. Whether it's the people who cheer you on or the community you build along the way, family reminds us why we show up — and keeps us going when it gets hard.
-
Fitness
Fitness isn't just about how you look — it's about how you live. We keep it simple, stay consistent, and train in a way that makes you stronger, healthier, and more capable every single day.
